What type of yarn is used?

I typically use cotton, cotton blends, or acrylic yarn.

What is the material like when wet?

The swimsuits retain a little more water than the average swimsuit, but as long as your swimsuit is tied and secure it will not fall off when wet.

How do I wash and care for my pieces?

All Knottie Gal pieces are precious and delicate and to ensure they stay that way you can either hand-wash or machine wash on a gentle cycle with a very mild detergent. Items can either be laid flat to dry or machine dried on medium heat. Because most of the items are cotton, the color may fade a bit.

How long does it take for you to make your pieces?

Anywhere from 1-3 days. All items are made to order, so please allow time for me to create.
